Pricing Partners ranks among the best technology solutions by Structured Products magazine
Paris-London: Pricing Partners www.pricingpartners.com, the independent valuation expert and a world leader in mathematical models and analytics for derivatives and structured products, announced today that Pricing Partners ranked highly in Structured Products magazine’s inaugural Technology rankings among the best vendors in terms of valuation solutions and models in the category of credit, commodity, equity and hybrids derivatives.
These awards granted by Structured Products magazine for worldwide solutions rank the best technology solutions for risk management and independent valuation on derivative products according to a survey. The survey was divided into several categories including best pricing and analytics, trading systems and risk management solution.
Eric Benhamou, CEO of Pricing Partners comments “These rankings demonstrate the perception of the strong quality of our mathematical models and valuation solutions. Two things are of great interest in these rankings. First of all, we ranked simultaneous in most categories (we arrived second in commodities, credit and cross-asset categories, third in equities, and fourth in forex). This shows that our global solution, making us a global player, has caught attention in almost all assets classes. Second, we are the only nominee with less than 10 years of seniority (we will be 4 years old at the end of this year). This shows that the innovation and quality of our solution has largely offset our youth.”
Founded by former professionals of the trading floor, working in investment banks like Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Natixis or HSBC, Pricing Partners has become over the last two years a major player in both pricing models and recently independent valuation. In October 2008, it launched its Internet valuation platform, Price-it® Online, which affirms its leading place in the financial modelling as well as independent valuations provider. Designed for all major assets like Interest Rates, Equity, Inflation, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Life Insurance to Hybrid products, Price-it® comes either as a software tool or an Internet Platform, providing all the tools for the transparent valuation on structured products. Price-it® online uses cutting edge mathematical models together with a new language to describe the complexity of any structured products.
